Effective 4 October 2026
Terms & Conditions
These terms explain website use, quote requests, service enquiries and the general basis on which BMS coordinates maintenance work. They are prepared for business review and do not replace project-specific quotations or contracts.
Quotes, pricing and scope
Quotes and estimates are based on the information available at the time of enquiry. Final pricing, timing and scope may depend on inspection, access, property condition, materials, specialist equipment, permits, urgency and any additional work identified on site. A quotation becomes the controlling service document when accepted.
Bookings, access and availability
Attendance is subject to technician availability, service area, access conditions and the confirmed scope. Customers are responsible for providing accurate location and contact details, safe access to the work area and any building approvals or permits that apply to their property.
Service limitations and responsibility
BMS provides the services expressly described in the relevant service page, quotation or accepted scope. Outcomes can depend on pre-existing conditions, concealed defects, third-party systems and customer-supplied materials. BMS does not represent that every enquiry can be accepted or that every issue can be resolved without additional investigation or specialist work.
Payments, cancellations and scope changes
Payment timing, deposits, credit terms, cancellation arrangements and any call-out or material commitments are governed by the accepted quotation, purchase order or other confirmed project terms. Customers should notify BMS as early as possible when access, timing or scope changes; any additional cost should be communicated before extra work proceeds where practical.
Workmanship, materials and third-party products
Any workmanship commitment or warranty applies only where it is stated in the accepted BMS quotation or project document. Manufacturer or supplier warranties for equipment and materials are separate from BMS workmanship obligations and remain subject to their own conditions. Pre-existing defects, misuse, third-party alterations and conditions outside the agreed scope may require separate assessment.
Website content and acceptable use
Website content is provided for general service information. Text, design, branding, images and other BMS-owned material may not be copied or reused commercially without permission. Users must not misuse forms, attempt unauthorized access or interfere with website operation. External platforms and third-party links are governed by their own terms.
Changes, governing terms and contact
BMS may update these website terms as services, processes or legal requirements change. The version published on this page is the current website version. Project-specific quotations, purchase orders or signed agreements may contain additional controlling terms. Applicable UAE requirements and any agreed dispute or governing-law terms in a project document remain subject to the relevant contract and professional legal review. Questions about these terms can be sent through the BMS Contact page.
